Caroline Merrill, DVM

I received my BA from Reed College in Portland Oregon with a dual major of Studio Art and Classics. Prior to starting Veterinary school I worked first as a receptionist and veterinary assistant, then spent the next 9 years working as a veterinary technician. I enjoy microscopy and especially feline medicine. I am looking forward to rejoining the team at Chester Veterinary Clinic and being of service once again to the people and pets of Chester and the surrounding community.

I grew up in Waterford Maine. I currently live in Haddam with my son, daughter, a Pomeranian who believes she is a Lab, two orange polydactyl cats and a pure black kitty who loves to chat(especially when someone is trying to sleep). My hobbies include painting, skiing, cooking and gardening.
